I started Rooted because I kept meeting parents who were doing everything right, seeking answers, advocating for their children, showing up, but still felt alone in the process. They didn't need more information. They needed someone to think alongside them.

That's what Rooted is for. I bring my background in occupational therapy and my experience as a mom of two young sons into this work. My goal is that you leave feeling clearer, more confident, and less alone in how you're understanding and supporting your child.

I completed my master's and doctorate in occupational therapy at Tufts University. My doctoral work focused on emotional recognition and regulation in children, particularly in the context of stress and trauma, and that lens continues to shape how I think with families. I've worked across early intervention and outpatient pediatric settings, and have contributed to research and consulted with Boston Children's Hospital. I currently serve as a lecturer in Tufts' occupational therapy department.

I live in Boston with my husband, our boys, and our dog, Bodie.
